Nature of our services

We provide investigation, blockchain tracing and case documentation services. We are not a law firm, a financial institution, a regulator or a law enforcement agency, and nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.

We do not take custody of client funds or digital assets, and we cannot compel any third party to freeze, release or return assets.

No guarantee of outcome

Recovery outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including where funds were sent, how they were moved, applicable law, and whether third parties choose to act. We make no representation that any specific outcome will be achieved, and no statement on this site should be read as such a promise.

Your responsibilities

You agree that the information and evidence you provide is accurate and lawfully obtained, and that you have the right to share it. Investigations rely on what you supply, and incomplete or inaccurate information affects the findings.

Fees

The initial case review is provided free of charge. Any work beyond that is subject to a written scope and fee agreement provided before the work begins. We do not request payment as a condition of releasing funds, because that is not something we do.

Intellectual property

The content, design and materials on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Reports prepared for you are for your own use in pursuing your case.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any loss of the assets that were the subject of the original fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and the United States of America. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jackson, Mississippi.
